Shipping & Returns

Shipping

At Chase Hattan Watches we use a number of respected shipping partners including but not limited to Fedex, Royal Mail and Ferrari secure shipping, in some cases deliveries are made in person or by our staff.  We have a comprehensive insurance policy for goods in transit with any parcel being the responsibility of the company until signed for by the recipient.

Generally shipping times are as follows (although this is subject to change at buys times).

UK – If orders are placed before 15:00 and payment has been received the package is dispatched the same day for next working day delivery before 13:00.

Europe – If orders are placed before 13:00 and payment has been received the package is dispatched the same day for delivery either the next working day or within 48 hours.

Rest of World – Delivery can be excepted within 5 working days, in some cases such as the USA delivery can be within 48 hours. (please contact us on 0207 510 1756 for further details).

Please Note: * Tracking details are sent by 17:00 on the day of dispatch and parcels will require a signature.

* We don’t dispatch ANY packages on a Friday and we can not receive ANY packages on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.

Returns

Although we very much hope you enjoy your new purchase and that we try to  have helped make sure you have all the information you need to make the right decision when purchasing a watch we do understand that in some cases you may need to return a watch weather it be the wrong size, change of mind or maybe even just buyers remorse! We try to set out a clear and straight forward, honest return policy to provide you that little extra comfort when buying a watch from us.

We provide a full 14 day return policy regardless of if you buy in store, on out website or through eBay or Chrono24 and this operates in the following way,

You have 14 days to return your watch from the date at which the package was received, should you choose to return then you will need to first notify us in writing at info@chase-hattan.com we also like it when a customer can call us on 0207 510 1756 and explain why you would like to return the item and we feel we can then best guide you through the process over the phone.

The watch must be returned using a secure courier and must be sent back on express shipping (within 48 hours) with a signature required, once we receive the watch it will be sent over to our workshop for an inspection and then providing the watch has been returned in the same condition as it was sent out to you a refund will be initiated. The refund will be processed in the same manor to which you paid for the item and this process will take no longer than 5 working days.

Please Note: * If you purchase a new and unworn watch then it must be returned in the same condition, if it was sold with stickers intact then the watch must be returned with stickers intact (unless the watch is faulty), if this is not the case then we reserve the right to make a deduction in the refund to make up for the loss of value.

* It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the watch arrives safely with Chase Hattan Watches, additional insurance may be required when returning an item to us.
