This British Military issued Hamilton W10-6645-99 is dated but the movement to 1973 and is presented in excellent all round condition for a watch of that age and era.

One of the first Hamilton watches to replace the Smiths version earlier on they were later succeeded themselves by CWC making the W10 for just a few years.

This manual wind watch operated from the 649 calibre movement, Case size 36mm, Plexiglass and although originally waterproof due to the age of the watch we would not consider this watch water resistant.

Matt black dial with Arabic numeral luminous hour markers, track around the dial gives an easier opportunity to be more precise with the minutes. ‘T’ on dial suggests Tritium which was used to make the hands and hour markers luminescent.

The watch itself appears to be in very good condition some faded colour as you would expect on those luminescent markers. Having passed through our watch maker the watch is fine working order.
